Alfa Laval PHE Gasket Manufacturer — Replacement Gaskets for All Alfa Laval Models
Precision-Engineered Replacement Gaskets for Alfa Laval Plate Heat Exchangers
Mangla Rubber Technologies manufactures replacement gaskets for the complete range of Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers. Every gasket is precision-moulded in our facility in Meerut, India to match Alfa Laval OEM specifications for plate geometry, port alignment, gasket groove profile, and sealing performance. We are not an Alfa Laval dealer — we are an independent gasket manufacturer with 45+ years of rubber moulding expertise and the engineering depth to reverse-engineer, compound, and produce gaskets that deliver OEM-equivalent fit and service life.
Our Alfa Laval compatible gaskets are used by sugar mills, dairy plants, chemical processors, power stations, marine operators, and industrial maintenance companies across India, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We currently manufacture gaskets for 60+ Alfa Laval PHE models and can tool new models within 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of a plate or gasket sample.

Gasket Materials for Alfa Laval PHE
We offer Alfa Laval replacement gaskets in multiple elastomer compounds to match your process conditions:
EPDM: The standard choice for hot water, steam, dairy, and food processing applications. Temperature range: -40 to +150 deg C. FDA-compliant and WRAS-approved grades available from our own certified compound (Ganga EPDM).
Nitrile (NBR): For applications involving oils, fats, and petroleum-based process fluids. Temperature range: -30 to +120 deg C. Common in edible oil processing and lubricant cooling systems.
FKM (Viton-type): For aggressive chemicals, solvents, and high-temperature duty. Temperature range: -20 to +200 deg C. Used in chemical and pharmaceutical PHE applications.
HNBR: Combines oil resistance with improved heat and ozone resistance. Used in demanding applications where NBR reaches its limits.
Neoprene (CR): Cost-effective for moderate chemical exposure and refrigerant (ammonia/freon) service in HVAC and cold storage applications.
Why Industrial Users Choose MRT for Alfa Laval Gaskets
Direct Manufacturer, Not a Trader: We compound rubber, design moulds, and mould gaskets in-house. This means better pricing, faster delivery, and full material traceability — no intermediaries between the raw polymer and your finished gasket.
OEM-Equivalent Quality: Our gaskets are moulded from precision tooling that replicates the exact gasket groove geometry of each Alfa Laval plate model. We test every batch for hardness, tensile strength, elongation, and compression set to ensure consistent sealing performance.
Rapid Turnaround: Standard Alfa Laval gaskets are available with 1 to 2 week lead times. Emergency orders can be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days for models in active production.
Engineering Support: Not sure which material to specify? Our engineers, trained in rubber technology at IIT Kharagpur, can recommend the right compound based on your process media, temperature, and pressure conditions.
