Beyond our core expertise in PHE gaskets and sealing solutions, Mangla Rubber Technologies designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of technical rubber products for industries where seal integrity, chemical resistance, and dimensional precision are non-negotiable. Our Meerut facility houses compression moulding presses (50 to 500 tonnes), transfer moulding equipment, and rubber extrusion lines — giving us the capability to produce virtually any rubber component geometry from prototype to volume production.

With an in-house rubber compounding laboratory and over 200 proprietary formulations developed across 45+ years, we do not simply mould parts from bought-in compounds. We design the material from base polymer level, optimising each formulation for the specific chemical, thermal, and mechanical demands of your application. This is the fundamental difference between a rubber manufacturer and a rubber trader.

Product Range

O-Rings: Standard and non-standard O-rings in all major elastomers — NBR, EPDM, FKM, Silicone, HNBR, FFKM, Aflas, Neoprene, and Polyurethane. We manufacture O-rings from 2 mm ID to 1200 mm ID in cord diameters from 1 mm to 15 mm. Custom compounds available for extreme temperatures (-60 to +325 deg C), aggressive chemicals, and food/pharma contact (FDA, WRAS approved).

Gaskets: Flat gaskets, moulded gaskets, spiral-wound gaskets with rubber filler, and custom-profiled gaskets for flanges, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and process equipment. We manufacture gaskets up to 1500 mm diameter.

Seals and Packings: Rotary shaft seals, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder seals, valve stem packings, piston seals, rod seals, and wiper seals. Custom profiles designed to your specification or reverse-engineered from samples.

Diaphragms and Bellows: Rubber diaphragms for valves, pumps, regulators, and actuators. Rolling diaphragms and bellows for precision metering and displacement applications. Fabric-reinforced diaphragms for high-pressure duty.

Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Parts: Vibration mounts, anti-vibration bushings, rubber-lined rollers, bumpers, and custom bonded assemblies. We bond rubber to steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and brass using primer/adhesive systems for permanent, load-bearing bonds.

Extruded Profiles: Continuous rubber extrusions for door seals, window seals, cabinet gaskets, and custom channel profiles. Available in solid, sponge, and co-extruded solid/sponge constructions.

Rubber Sheets and Linings: Industrial rubber sheets in various grades and thicknesses for tank linings, chute linings, and general gasketing. Insertion (fabric-reinforced) sheets for higher mechanical strength applications.
