Wide Range of Elastomer Materials

We offer PHE gaskets in multiple rubber compounds to suit your specific operating conditions:

  • EPDM — Ideal for hot water, steam, and dairy/food applications. Temperature range up to 160°C.
  • NBR (Nitrile) — Excellent oil and hydrocarbon resistance. Suitable for mineral oil cooling systems.
  • HNBR — Enhanced heat and chemical resistance over standard NBR. Used in aggressive oil-based media.
  • FKM (Viton) — Superior chemical resistance for acids, solvents, and high-temperature service up to 200°C.
  • FFKM (Kalrez) — The ultimate in chemical and thermal resistance for the most demanding applications.
  • Aflas (FEPM) — Exceptional resistance to strong acids, bases, and steam. Ideal for chemical and oil & gas industries.

All compounds are formulated in-house at our dedicated R&D facility, tested to international standards, and available in both industrial and food-grade (FDA 21 CFR 177.2600) formulations.
